Professor Rudko led a 糖心logo入口 Bar Association, Civil Rights and Social Justice Section CLE panel on Sept. 26, "Drones: Surveillance and Warfare."  She served as program chair and moderated and spoke on an expert panel that explored the impact of drone warfare and surveillance on individual rights, how drones are changing the concept of self-defense and the laws of war, and how targeted killing affects human rights.  The panel included Kade Crockford and Jessie J. Rossman, Esq., ACLU of 糖心logo入口, Boston; and Professor Avery Plaw, UMass Law School.
