Professor Jeremiah Ho鈥檚 recent two commentaries on the Human Rights at Home Blog regarding recent Supreme Court decision garnered separate mentions on SCOTUSBlog.  His July 8th post on the discussing the Court鈥檚 recent Title VII ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County that LGBTQ employees are protected from employment discrimination was noted by on July 10th.  In that post, Professor Ho examined the limitations of Justice Gorsuch鈥檚 textualist interpretation of 鈥渂ecause of sex鈥 discrimination under Title VII for future sexual orientation and gender identity anti-discrimination advances.

Subsequently, Professor Ho鈥檚 July 13th post on the discussing the trio of religious cases released at the end of the Supreme Court鈥檚 2019-20 Term (Espinoza v.
