Online training 

CITS provides students, faculty, and staff with free, online training through . A library of thousands of short, easy-to-understand videos, which are designed to help you learn a variety of skills, are available. They are:

  • available 24/7
  • open to ALL UMass Dartmouth students, staff, and faculty
  • able to answer many of the "how do I do that" questions

Log into the with your UMassD Logon credentials. Select LinkedIn Learning from the QuickLaunch menu.

Instructor-led training

CITS provides ongoing, instructor-led training in a variety of desktop applications and information systems. Topics in these sessions include, but are not limited to, Qualtrics, Excel, MS Word, and T4.

Instructional development 

Instructional Development offers workshops and online training for faculty on the effective integration of instructional technologies and effective teaching strategies, including blended teaching, online teaching strategies, and Canvas technical and course design training.
