Course Description: World War Two has ended and the United States has been victorious. The question is what happens next?聽The United States will now assume a global position on the world stage in peacetime as well as in Wartime. This class聽examines聽the Cold War between the United States and the Communist countries, in particular, the Soviet Union. While there is no direct war with the Soviet Union, the Foreign Policy of the United States is forever changed by the fear of Communism and its threat to the freedoms within the United States.
