Upward Bound Scholar Advisory Committee Members
The Scholar Advisory Council, or (SAC), is the group of scholars that are officially charged with representing the needs of their fellow scholars to the Administrative Staff in the Upward Bound Program. The SAC is made up of two representatives from each grade level.
